It had some good info but was a bit repetitive and the narration was kind of dry tone.

basically it boils down to developing and actively using discipline. dancing around understanding why people use certain excuses is a waste of time. theres a solution.. . you lack skill or confidence discipline yourself to improve your skill and confidence automatically improves. all the very best psychoanalysis in the world cant help you with one critical thing... you still have to do the work. no discipline, no resolution, no freedom. it's all really pretty simple.
