grate book for those looking for help and trying to fix their life. although am I wasn't crazy about the narrator it was a very good book .

This book is for any woman in a toxic relationship and wondering how did I get here. The author gave step by step account and also examples of what causes this issue as well as recovery. Great read and highly recommended.

The book was eye opening, the narrator was absolutely terrible. She read like she had no emotion. Like she was giving the five o'clock news. I just bought the book and read it myself.
