Unabridged Audiobook
If I was reading this book in print I would have rated it higher. The exercises would be much better understood with illustrations which can’t be achieved well with an audio book.
I realized that it would have been more interesting to listen to a Tom Brady autobiography than this method. It is a very large book for a very simple message. Found it quite repetitive. All in all, a 30 min infomercial would have done it.
This book is not really helpful unless you can afford a soft tissue therapist to work with you everyday other that that there are other, most likely free sources, to learn to foam roll and stretch. The most interesting part is the first chapter about TB life as an athlete then the narrator changes and the book just drops off into a snake oil speal
This book has made me to change the way i think about myself, the choices i take and the reasons behind. I’ve lead much more than just “knowledge” - I’d recommend to those who are ready and or looking for a change. Now it’s time to define what my peak performance is.
