Summary
The successful but lonely daughter of a powerful New York theater icon falls for her childhood imaginary friend in this touching love story.
As a little girl, Jane has no one. Her mother, a powerful Broadway producer, makes time for her only once a week, for their Sunday trip to admire jewelry at Tiffany's. Jane has only one friend: a handsome, comforting, funny man named Michael. He's perfect. But only she can see him.
Years later, Jane is in her thirties and just as alone as ever. Then she meets Michael again-as handsome, smart and perfect as she remembers him to be. But not even Michael knows the reason they've really been reunited.
Sunday at Tiffany's is a love story with an irresistible twist, a novel about the child inside all of us and the boundary-crossing power of love.

I wish I could have enjoyed this as much as everyone else did, but it was way to sappy for me and I love a good love story. I loved it up right up until Michael decides he's met Jane again because he's destined to lead her from this life. From that point on it was all down hill. I adore Nicholas Sparks books and I thought this would mimic his, but no such luck. Oh well, I still love James Patterson even if he's sold soul to the devil for the almighty buck.

If you are in your 30's and barely hopeful that you might find love at all, this is the perfect plot to spark the embers of that dying flame. It has a touch of Sex and the City without being cliche and just enough truth about the confusion of love to really getcha choked up.

This book is a tender deviation from the standard James Patterson book. It thoroughly enjoyed the story of this girl and her friend Michael. Highly recommend for a feel good book.

This was a great book. I loved every minute of it. If you believe in everlasting love, this book is for you. It is a great story of a little girl who has everything, but really has nothing, except her imaginary friend. The relationship they have is woven into the story line and ends happily ever after. That is what we need more of today.

This storyline was very much outside the norm for Patterson, but it was a wonderfully told story. Highly recommened

WONDERFUL! It will make you laugh and cry. This is a wonderfully simple, yet complex story. Makes you appreciate life more simple things. It was a nice change of pace from my normal mystery and detective novels.

STRANGE!!!! That is the best word I can come up with! Not bad but very strange...A very different kind of a book... It really is all about her imaginary friend-- NO mystry-- no murder .. not much of anything.....But I did listen to the whole thing.. Kind of waiting for something to happen...It didn't.. Guess you would call it a love story, maybe.
