Procrastination is a learned habit and in the past 5 years I have gotten very good at it. When the author described the thoughts he had when he procrastinated they were mine exactly. He has been there, obviously. He is realistic about it in that there will be times when you procrastinate--two steps forward and one back. I have found that to be true, but using the tools he provides (some work, some don't, you have to discern what will work for you personally) I am getting more done, I am feeling good about what I have accomplished and I am not beating myself up about it.

I love books which make me feel they've been written for me! This book must have had an effect on me because I never usually get around to writing book reviews, even though I think I will. I loved the layout of this book written in short paragraphs and with sections that felt manageable to read in small chunks

Procrastination was interfering with my work life balance as I would put stuff off so much I wouldn't get work done which would put pressure on me. I was looking for something to help me get through it.

I can resonate on this so much because I tend to procrastinate when I feel overwhelmed by too many things at once and this part of the book reminded me to always keep my laser focus and take it one step at the time.

Great and practical read for anyone who wants to get things done but struggle with staying focused and discipline. My favorite parts of the book where the three-row spreadsheet which explains everything from avoiding activity, explanation to an actual plan and also how Nils explains that we should always focus only on one task and not million of them.

The more I listen the more I realized there is another way out of procrastination. I was really surprised that I was using his advice actively while reading his book, and I was able to read it all in one sitting, something that I have never done before with a book. Great book and great advice.

This book the most helpful book on dealing with the bad habit of procrastination that I have read. It has made a positive impact on my life since I have started applying what I read. The book provides many step by step tools that can be used to counteract the thought processes that contribute to procrastination.

I waited a few days after LISTENING the book to write this review to see how well the advice stuck. It's been on point. I've kept up the implementation intentions and other techniques for about a week now, and they're actually getting easier.

this book is different. It's almost purely based on practical, actionable tips you can start right now. There are lots of practical tips throughout the book, and they're combined in the helpful action guide as well to reference quickly.
