Summary
Think Of The Great Things You'd Do If You Had More Time... Now, Stop Procrastinating And Do Them - This Book Will Show You How!
You have to submit a paper tomorrow.

Instead of studying, you spend most of your time watching cute videos, sharing memes, and decluttering the depths of your closet. In the evening, you drink five cups of coffee and try to write an entire paper overnight.

Can you relate to this?

Around 1 out of 5 people suffer from chronic procrastination, so you're definitely not alone!

Procrastination may appear harmless, but in fact it can seriously undermine your mental health (procrastinators have higher rates of anxiety and depression). It can cause you problems at work or even derail your career entirely. It can lead to financial and legal trouble.

But how do you stop procrastinating?

You probably know that just making a to-do list and logging out of Facebook won't work. You can't beat procrastination without a comprehensive step-by-step strategy - like the one offered in this book.

This book will help you:
- Understand the REAL reason why you're procrastinating
- Use the Emotional Freedom Technique to retrain your brain
- Discover simple yet powerful productivity tools
- Build surefire productivity habits and reap the benefits of focused work
- Achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself

It doesn't matter if you're just a mild procrastinator or a victim of extreme procrastination, this book will work wonders for you! It will help you get back on track with your life and finally achieve the success that you deserve.

The narrator was monotone and completely lacked natural phrasing.

I waited a few days after LISTENING the book to write this review to see how well the advice stuck. It's been on point. I've kept up the implementation intentions and other techniques for about a week now, and they're actually getting easier.

I can resonate on this so much because I tend to procrastinate when I feel overwhelmed by too many things at once and this part of the book reminded me to always keep my laser focus and take it one step at the time.

I love books which make me feel they've been written for me! This book must have had an effect on me because I never usually get around to writing book reviews, even though I think I will. I loved the layout of this book written in short paragraphs and with sections that felt manageable to read in small chunks

Procrastination was interfering with my work life balance as I would put stuff off so much I wouldn't get work done which would put pressure on me. I was looking for something to help me get through it.

The more I listen the more I realized there is another way out of procrastination. I was really surprised that I was using his advice actively while reading his book, and I was able to read it all in one sitting, something that I have never done before with a book. Great book and great advice.

Procrastination is a learned habit and in the past 5 years I have gotten very good at it. When the author described the thoughts he had when he procrastinated they were mine exactly. He has been there, obviously. He is realistic about it in that there will be times when you procrastinate--two steps forward and one back. I have found that to be true, but using the tools he provides (some work, some don't, you have to discern what will work for you personally) I am getting more done, I am feeling good about what I have accomplished and I am not beating myself up about it.

This book the most helpful book on dealing with the bad habit of procrastination that I have read. It has made a positive impact on my life since I have started applying what I read. The book provides many step by step tools that can be used to counteract the thought processes that contribute to procrastination.

This book is different. It's almost purely based on practical, actionable tips you can start right now. There are lots of practical tips throughout the book, and they're combined in the helpful action guide as well to reference quickly.
