Stop waiting to see what happens and make their own growth the top priority
Prepare for life without their partner, even as they keep trying to make the relationship work

Many times while listening to this book, I would try to record in my head certain phrases the author said, so that I could repeat them to myself later. It really is an insightful book that fills the listener with strength and hope, and helps you "see through the weeds." The author is great, too! He has a caring, yet strong voice. Definitely recommend!
