Summary
Ask any new parent; no one is ever actually ready to become one, are they? Even with nine months to prepare, it's still a shock. Still mind-blowing that this tiny, little thing is now your sole responsibility.

Except try coming home to find a baby on your doorstep, wearing a pink striped hat and attached to a note saying she belongs to you. Then you can say parenthood is a shock.

Overnight my bachelor life ceased to exist; my heart now owned by one woman. My daughter.

Until Kit Hawkes knocked on my door; the sexiest nanny in existence and every single dad's nightmare. A not-so-welcome gift from my meddling, interfering sisters.

The more time we spend together, the harder it becomes to resist her. Resist her infectious charm, chocolate brown eyes, and mouth that looked like it was made for kissing.

No matter what my heart wants, Kit doesn't belong to me. She belongs to my daughter.

Because I can't have both, can I?

This is my first book by Lulu Moore but it won’t be my last! I loved the chemistry between Kit and Murray is so good and Murray as a single dad - gah! It’s the best. Alyssa Avery and Liam Price were phenomenal bringing this story to life. I can’t wait to binge the rest of this series - definitely recommend!

I loved this book and can't wait to listen to the rest of the boys and their lovers. The whole set up not only included some of my favorite tropes (single dad, forced proximity, age gap) but i also got some of that connection that you get when two characters were written beautifully flaws and all and the narrators did a great job in showcasing their skills and the great writing by this author.

I really enjoyed this one. This is the first book I’ve read from Lulu Moore and it won’t be the last. I loved both characters and seeing their relationship grow. The narrators were excellent and I’ll definitely be listening to more from both!

Tropes: Single dad/nanny Secret baby Billionaire All the banter Okay so this book was adorable. Murray became a dad instantly when he found a baby on his doorstep. After his first initial freak out, he dove in 100% to be the best dad ever. His relationship with Bella was so stinking sweet. I loved the close knit relationship of the Tuesday Club also. They literally have each others backs through everything.

The Secret by Lulu Moore is a billionaire and nanny romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Alyssa Avery and Liam Price. This is the first book in The Tuesday Club series. This is the first book of Lulu's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I really enjoyed the relationship that boomed between Murray and Kit. I loved getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life. I can't wait for the next book in the series The Suit to be released on audio so I can get Rafe and Beulah's story. Liam and Alyssa did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future. I would recommend this book if you like billionaire romances, nanny romances, single dad romances, or contemporary romances.

OVERALL REVIEW & RATING: 4 Stars • This was my very first experience with Lulu Moore and honestly, have I been living under a rock? When was someone going to tell me? • That was 12ish hours of delightful fun! • PERFORMANCE REVIEW & RATING: 4 Stars • I haven’t had a whole lot of experience with either narrator to say they’re always on the money with their narrations, but this time, Alyssa Avery & Liam Price made a really great team and were an absolute delight to listen to! They kept me engaged thru the entire story and did really well with the ‘other’ voices as well! • STORY REVIEW & RATING: 4 Stars • As I mentioned, this story was a delight, but the romance was very slow to come. I understand slow-burn, but this wasn’t a push-pull situation with a ton of anticipation, it was more like it just didn’t begin to happen until we were over 50% into the story. This is neither good nor bad, it’s just a thing that happens and for romance junkies, it might be a turn-off. Would I have preferred they began romancing earlier than they did? Sure, but it didn’t turn me off that they didn’t. However, here’s the kicker on that, if I’d have been ‘reading’ this story rather than ‘listening’, I might have put it down a few times and taken much longer to finish. I wouldn’t have stopped all together, but it would have been easy to turn away from it. • Characterization was very well done. I don’t know a whole lot about this author but I liked how she grew Murray and Kit both as individuals and as a couple and also Bell :) *heart eyes* I loved their journey and I wanted them to succeed. That’s what I look for in my fiction. Characters that I can root for and that if this was real life, they might be in my life. I did and they are and it put a huge smile in my heart. • I was also entertained not just by our leads and their journey, but also the brotherhood of The Tuesday Club. These three men felt so real and relatable to me. Their circle was one I could see myself being a part of and they humored me to no end! It was incredibly easy to get lost in this audiobook for a couple of days!

4.5 rounded to 5 Single dad romance is one of my favorite tropes. Add in a nanny, forced proximity, and adorable heartwarming scenes between the main characters and kids, an adorable infant in this case, and you have a winner. I loved watching billionaire and lifelong bachelor, Murray navigate fatherhood and his attraction to Kit. I loved watching him fall in love with the infant daughter he didn't know about, and the nanny his sister's picked out for him....with a bit of an ulterior motivr. Murray's meddling family and friends added even more. They brought a dose of humor and plenty of comebacks and witty banter. A well-written plot with the perfect dose of spice this one had me instantly hooked The audiobook was smooth and brought the story to life with dual narration.

Audio review Narrated by Alyssa Avery and Liam Price Single dad Secret baby Nanny Billionaire romance Great friend circle Murray and Kit find HEA with the help of his meddling sisters and friends. When Murray needs a nanny, the sisters and mom know Kit is the right one for the new baby dropped on his doorstep. Murray is a great he didn’t hesitate to embrace his situation. He literally became a father overnight. It didn’t hurt that his friends and family jumped right in with their support. He is loyal, caring and determined. When he stopped fighting his attraction for the nanny he went all in. He won her over with his sex appeal and sweetness. Kit is a strong individual. She held her own as Murray and her family pulled out all the stops. Sweet story with great characters and a nice epilogue.

This was my first book by the author and I was excited to read the nanny/ single dad trope. Murray was a fantastic hero, the way he accepted his unexpected fatherhood so easily was so sweet! *swoon* Murray, Kit and Bell quickly became a very cute family. I loved their scenes together. Murray & Kit together? Phew they were hot! One of the best parts is the group of friends. The Tuesday Club guys have a wonderful friendship and are so entertaining. I wasn’t familiar with the narrators but they did an excellent job and I loved Liam Price’s British voice!

Murray Williams is such a broody Brit and I loved it! This gave me modern Three Men and a Baby vibes and I was here for it! I thought that the story was well written and I never found myself being bored or disconnected. I loved all the glimpses we got of them doing mundane things instead of just being a bunch of happy fluff to fill the pages. I’m excited to read the next 2 books!

* Surprise Baby * Single-Dad * Billionaire * He Falls First * Forced Proximity * Jealous / Possessive MMC This is such a good audiobook. I love listening to books when either of the main characters are foreign and the narrators are either of that native county or the accents are right on. This is one of those books. It was so easy to listen to this for longer periods of time as the voices were so smooth and easy to listen to. The concept of the series, The Tuesday Club, is that each of the three men in the "club" have had horrible things happen to them on Tuesday so they decide to spend that day hanging out together every week. That is how this book starts, on a Tuesday, which also happens to be the day Murray and his friends arrive to his place to find his newborn daughter on his doorstep. The story is a really sweet single-dad story with that situation coming about in a pretty interesting way. I absolutely love Murray's immediate determination to do whatever it takes to provide for his daughter. His family jumps in and hires Kit as a short-term nanny and to help Murray figure out how to parent. Kit is an amazing FMC...she is smart, educated and able to hold her own against Murray, his friends, and his family in a way that is fun to read/listen to. With a touch of ex drama to liven the story a bit, this one was a quick and fun listen. Rafe and Penn, the other two members of The Tuesday Club, are also so fun and I can't wait to jump into their books as well.

I am such a fan of Lulu’s writing! This story is so good! I want to know where I can find my own Murray Williams. I loved him in the New York Players series so I am thrilled about his story. Murray and Kit dancing around each other while she was his nanny, the chemistry between them, the love they both have for his daughter Belle! I love that the characters from her other books are all interconnected! These narrators did a fabulous job bringing Kit and Murray to life. I’m such a sucker for an English accent haha I can’t wait to jump into the next book!
