O have been enjoying the Joe Pickett stories. The characters are well very real seeming and the stories are realistic.

Fun read

Excellent story flows well but lacks correct details on weapons and some equipment. Easy listening with good locations and most of the details.

Good book, will read.

I've really been enjoying this series

Loved the edge of your seat adventure

One of my favorite books in this series I love. I am from Montana and Wyoming and can appreciate the depiction of the country and the culture and the politics at play in the West.

I really enjoy the Joe Pickett stores and the narrator is great! I'm going to listen to everyone of them

Really becoming a fan of Joe Pickett!

Not one of my favorites in the Joe Pickett series, but still enjoyable. Too many gross killings by a deranged stock detective and you don't learn about how and if Pickett was able to stop him until the very end of the book. I found that part of the book somewhat anticlimactic. Figuring out who was behind the killings was easy to figure out, and I would have like to have seen more of the culprits get properly served justice for their misdoings.

I liked the book and the narrator. Haven't ever regretted choosing a C.J. Box audiobook yet, like I have some authors and narrators. Consistently good!

Need a westerner to read a novel about the West, not an eastern dude with a sneer in his voice.

I liked the book didn’t love it. Pacing was good. Plot was well developed. I think maybe it’s just not my kind of story. I’m not an animal lover. I don’t enjoy hunting or killing animals. There was violence but it was effective and belonged in the story. I guess I found the whole tracker being omnipotent didn’t feel natural.

What a amazing book series, Joe Pickett is one of the coolest characters ever very excited to listen to this whole book series, and definitely five stars for the narrator
