Summary
Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW Quadrant is a guide to financial freedom. It’s the second book in the Rich Dad Series and reveals how some people work less, earn more, pay less in taxes, and learn to become financially free.

CASHFLOW Quadrant was written for those who are ready to move beyond job security and enter the world of financial freedom. It’s for those who want to make significant changes in their lives and take control of their financial future.

Robert believes that the reason most people struggle financially is because they've been spent years in school but were never been taught about money. Robert’s rich dad taught him that this lack of financial education is why so many people work so hard all their lives for money… instead of learning how to make money work for them.

This book will change the way you think about jobs, careers, and owning your own business and inspire you to learn the rules of money that the rich use to build and grow their wealth.

HIGHLY helpful personal development & mostly a text book (be near note pad vs just while doing chores/driving, unless purpose to come back for a second listen). Kiyosaki's techings are for those who desire to find & pursue financial freedom beyond the 9-5 job/employment. This 2000 followup book to the first "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" book addresses a core mideset shift: Part 1--the four different types of classes people fall into regarding the world of money system. Part 2--"Be. Do. Have." mindset required.

I am loving all of the Rich Dad collection, I am learning so much and I have already initiated some of Robert’s techniques to start turning my life around. I advice everyone who wants to live a better life to have a read and also get their children into it at an early age so they too can have the advantage that we did not!!

This is a great book!!!! The information Robert presents to the reader is laid out perfectly, I highly recommend reading this book if your want to change your financial IQ to gain insight and wisdom. It changed my perspective on life and the system that everyone follows; the norm of saving for our retirement by putting money into our 401 k or giving money to financial Investors hoping to build a nice nest egg for ourselves and our children. Robert helps you get on the right side of the quadrant, giving you the tools and logic to help you create your own investments, and business systems to gain positive cash flows. This book inspires!!! It gets you zoned into the ultimate goal, financial Freedom!!!

This is the best book I've ever heard. I definitely recommend it. I've learned so much from this audio that I have now been able to change some aspects in my life. I now worry about myself rather then trying to blame others for my mistakes. This book has inspired me to be a better person to myself, and have a better idea of how to build a business better than I had planned.

The book was a good listen although he gets pretty wordy in some sections. Comes close to contradicting himself on issues like the stock market and Warren Buffet. Definitely a good read for people interested in financial freedom.

Reinforces the fundamentals of book one, but more importantly calls the readers attention to the emotional awareness required to transition between quadrants. As with all of these topics, we only get out what we are willing to invest - time, effort and honesty.
