Unabridged Audiobook
Very disappointed in this book, I have listened to other books from the same author and really enjoyed them so this was a let down but I have a feeling it’s because the narrator was so dreadful, I understand he has won prizes for narration, goodness knows how as he was truly awful. I also think the story is quite complicated so you really had to give all your attention to it whereas I like to listen whilst doing other things. The other world behind the mirror also isn’t very likeable infact there were no aspects of it that made me want to visit which didn’t help me engaging in the story. To summarise the story would probably have been more enjoyable were I do have read it rather than listened or listened to it read by someone who could act!
