Weird book. Most of the book was spent telling me how great the book was going to be, and the rest was telling me how great the method was using nothing more than anecdotal evidence from individual cases in the author's private practice. Sure, there is benefit to the method. But just breathe through our nose and then don't bother with the book... that's about it honestly. This book should have been a YouTube Video or a blog post, I have no idea why it was a 6 hour book.
