Owning Violet

Owning Violet- Monica Murphy. SO FREAKING HOT!!! I liked the story and the buildup of the characters. Ryder was the complete alpha male with a purpose to better his life. Too bad his plan to do so has put Violet in the path of a crazy person. So straight off I thought I would going to have a problem with this book for one reason only. Violet. She is very submissive and a complete pushover and while it’s okay to be a submissive in the bedroom, it’s not okay to allow people to walk all over you and to be so nice that you make it easy to do. So this made for a read where you’re constantly yelling at the book. One other thing that I did not like is that there was never any REAL explanation as to why Pilar hated Violet so much. What did the girl whom everyone loved ever do to this woman to make her want to do what she did? I hate when women are catty like that.. ugh.. Despite everything however the book was enjoyable and I’m anxious to read about the next sister. I just wish that Pilar got what was coming to her…

I really liked this book but it leaves you hanging.

Really good will get the rest of the series but I wish a man did the male parts that would have made it great
