Interesting approach to life! Agree with most but not all. Motivational to live better overall!

The intro was pretty good. I wish the preview had been of the first chapter instead, which is where the pseudoscientific claims began. Blood pressure is not increased by having a higher concentration of blood, btw. That is a measurement called hematocrit, and you'll see high hematocrit in people who are dehydrated (among other things). Their blood pressure will be dangerously low. The reason that salt increases your blood pressure is because it has a high affinity for water across both osmotic and charge gradients. High salt in your blood will pull water into your blood vessels, which expands them and increases your blood pressure in turn. This does not make you "more hydrated," because that water is no longer in the other cells of your body. It is in your blood, and if your blood pressure increases as well a result your body will reduce hormones which will cause you to pee it out. I guess I will keep listening to it since I paid for it, but I am really skeptical of Aubrey, and you should be too.

Great book

Full of fake information and scientific storytelling, which is a lot different than actual evidence-based research. Basically a manipulation of reality to sell his supplements.

Just great common sense! Start the day strong, dominate the rest of the day!
