A beautiful book and narrated by the absolute perfect person. Its so long since I giggled out loud with an audio book only to be brought to tears in the next chapter. our heroine Violet is wonderful. The writer brings her to life and makes me want to step into her skin. Her inner monologue is hilarious and delivered so effortlessly and enthusiastically by the narrator, so natural. A real triumph. I'm immediately searching for more by Ruth Hannah.

This was a funny, sweet and engaging book. I LOVED the narrator. She was the perfect match for reading this story and did it so well. The story hit home a little so I think that emotionally connected me to it more than I would have otherwise. I’m so glad I found this story.

This was a very fun, easy story to which I really enjoyed listening! I would recommend- very entertaining narration.

The actual story was very nice and yes it was predictable EXCEPT for the foul language. I prefer listening to clean stories and would never have purchased this book if I had been warned about the profanity and explicit sexual content. I did everything you are supposed to do read the break down of the story, read all the reviews and finally listened to the 5 minutes beginning of the story with no warning about what followed so I purchased it. practically the NEXT word was profane and it didn't stop. Then the sex content without warning not everyone wants to listen to explicit material and there should be some way to warn those of us who don't!

Easy and enjoyable book

An entirely pleasant holiday listen I really enjoyed this book. Listening to it while on holiday was perfect! Yes the story is somewhat predictable but the characters are so likeable and you get invested in them so want to keep listening. And the narrator with her northern accent really adds to this.

A cute romantic story! It isn’t an intense or thought provoking novel and is one of those stories you can just cozy up and listen to. The narrator was PERFECT for this story as well! It was sweet, funny, and endearing to read. An absolute treasure.

I loved this story from beginning to end.

It was an easy listen. I have a noisy chaotic house and if I missed something I didn't feel lost. Funny. Would recommend.

Story relating poor choices and trying to start over .Tipical and predictable Wish I Knew ahead that the narrator had a British accent . I have a y difficult time tuning into it takes first half of the book !
