i thoroughly enjoyed this book. The tongue-in-cheek style is entertaining. Good entertainment while confined to bed with Covid!
Interesting characters, entertaining and fun.
Simply fantastic! Very well paced not leaving you bored at any point during the book. The ending is such a curve ball that you thought was coming and then didn't and then wait a minute... did that just happen ? Can't wait to read more of this author!

What a fun read/listen! A satisfying book reminding me of Agatha Christie - a lovely listen while on my walk.
Enjoyable story to have in the background while doing other things. Narrator has a pleasant voice and keeps the characters interesting while not attempting to do a bunch of crazy voices. It was a nice listen.

A thoroughly enjoyable listen, craftily written with that wry British humour we all love, and some surprises along the way. I have to mention the excellent narrator, George Blagden, who so ably makes each character come alive!! Very much looking forward to the next offering!!

A cozy little read. I enjoyed this one. Got as a VIP Reward. Interesting characters and a pretty good mystery. Had me guessing a bit.
Basically ok but I grew bored withthe characters - I skipped to the end after listening to about half of the book for the murderer and how the main character ended up.
Narrator was awesome!! Fun light mystery. Loved the quirky characters. Looking forward to the 2nd in this series!
