Loved everything about this audiobook. The words and wisdom of the late teacher Thich Nhat Hanh— absolutely marvelous. The voice of the narrator was calming, pleasant and so easy to listen to. I feel blessed by this audible offering of light and love. Learning to love oneself and be at peace with the world starts with listening to this audio book. Can’t say enough good things about this one. I have no regrets.
