Unabridged Audiobook
Hanks’s foray into fiction has the density, length, and character list worthy of a Dickens or Dostoyevsky—-but with none of the forethought or skill. Disjointed and rudderless, fraught with editorial flaws, this one leaves the reader perpetually confused and ultimately bored. Skip it.
This was a fascinating book. I especially appreciated Hank's having the story span decades.
A bit slow to start but then a real enjoyable story. Highly recommended. Good characters and fun story that seems real, making it a bit more fun.
Fantastic... Wonderful read... Felt like a fly on the wall of Insider Hollywood... Making a Motion Picture Masterpiece. Magnificent. So glad I listened to Tom Hanks tell the story. Enhanced my experience. 5 Star review
