Unabridged Audiobook
Would have been better to have a male narrator for the male characters. The story dragged somewhat and I had to skip ahead due to simply being bored. I could predict the next scene as it became reputations. The story was good, but not completely believable. It was interesting to ponder how other people live and the choices they are forced to make in order to survive when they are in situations where they have no power, such as illegal immigrants, and other marginalized groups. Life is not fair, and this book portrays that very well, plus the absolute need for faith in oneself, but also in God.
