I despised this book. 2+ times per disk you are prompted to go to a website to watch a video or listen to a conversation in order to get the whole story. Prepare to get spammed and whatever else will follow you after you give your email to them just to get the full content of the book. At first I thought the author did this so people with short attention spans who text or chat when listening or reading a book didn't get bored. After getting in a disk I realized the author isn't talented enough to paint a layered story. He doesn't have the skill to allow you to picture an scene in your head so he cheats and has you watch a video.
The other thing I disliked is the author is constantly trying to shock or disturb. Maybe I read to many crime books, but a good author lets the suspense build and can shock or disturb you with the mundane. This guy tries to be disturbing and manages to pull off annoying with a hint of yeah I've heard it before and better. It was pretty sad.
Really really really gross and disturbing. I do not have a weak stomach or sensetive tastes but I could not listen to this book. This is one of those books where you have to wonder if the author lived in a deep dark place away from other humans when he wrote it.
