I was in the mood for a good erotic romance book and I was not disappointed with this novel. Had I not already listened to the first book of the series via audiobook, I still would have been able to keep up with the characters and plot, but a good chunk of character development was in the first one for Temperance, the female protagonist. This book, we got to know more about Kane, which I loved. Listening to the male narrator giving his voice to Kane, that was quite the treat! The female narration for Tempy, did not disappoint me either. Good book, overall.
