Unabridged Audiobook
The story was great and seemingly very honest and open. Given I wasn't there I can only assume that's what it was like. My only complaint is that I would have preferred Leif read this himself. That's mainly because he could have put the true emotion into this rather than the bland, sometimes over dramatic and even understatement of the person who did narrate it. His reading actually put me off at times. I wish Leif all the very best for whatever his future holds. I would recommend this book only so people could know this kind of life isn't as glamourous as we think it is and just how bad the lows can be and the how good the highs can be - while they last.
I would recommend this book. It was very informative and just a good read. Even if you didn’t grow up in that era it is a very informative book of a young child actor and his rise to fame in the 70’s and 80’s. I would love to see this book made into a movie. I don’t think he’s finished telling his story I think he still has several books left in him.
