Unabridged Audiobook
I fell completely for every single piece of this story. From the grumpy/sunshine couple with the work environment, apple orchard and family fun to the adorable little boy who helps push these two together. Seriously, Proctor packed this book full of things to love and took the swoon factor to a whole new level with Perry and Lila. I appreciated the deep love and connection between Lila and her little boy as well as the deep ties between Perry and his family, even if they are nosy. Another aspect I appreciated was the body positivity message that Proctor gets across through Lila's character. This really helped to develop her character into a beautiful and confident young mom who worked hard for her little boy, and beyond that. Love the message and what Proctor did with Lila. Get ready to swoon with this one! It does not disappoint. And I highly suggest you snag the audiobook as well for this story because it is FANTASTIC. You get the dual narrator approach to match the story and let me tell you, the readers did such a great job capturing the essence of the characters and the delivery was spot on. Such a fun romcom. Loved the grumpy/sunshine trope and loved the characters. Overall a fun read.
