omg.. this book was so good. five stars for the suspense. three stars for the romance. five stars for the comedic banter between characters.

The narrator was fine but I was very disappointed in the writing. I felt the main character was too ridiculous with all the times she “hears” sounds and dismisses them over and over as her imagination despite several tires slashed and footprints in the snow outside her house! At some point you’d think she’d take her intuition seriously but she never does. Also her sense of humor bordered on being mean and her inability to stand up for herself with her mom was also a weakness. Guess I didn’t buy the character as relatable. Don’t understand the high ratings as the killer was revealed and thus obvious despite writer trying to make it less so. Skip it!

Really enjoyed this book. Loved the characters, specially Lou, made me giggle a couple of times.

Good story, kept me guessing, left me guessing...
