Unabridged Audiobook
I wouldn't say that I was sceptical but I was most certainly curious about this book. I know the value of diet and exercise already I mean even if you didn't practice it you must have heard about it. However I do practice what I consider to be good nutrition and exercise regularly. So I was very pleased to find a lot of very useful and up until now, information that I hadn't heard of before. Great! I'm co ing up to 44 soon and so have sadly seen my stamina reduce of the recent years, I also get tired quickly and often. Cant believe its finally happening to me after so many years of thinking that I would live forever but I am only 44 and this book really drives that home. I still have a long way to go and with some clever recipes and routines I can still squeeze all the life out of living thats left lol. I loved the recipes the most I think, they were tasty and over time I did notice my cognitive function improve and I was also a lot less tired. I think that also just reading a book like this really helps you get into the right mind set to capture that day fully.
