Very interesting read for those intrigued about life after death. The narrator did a great job as well.
I loved all of the different types of exercises he suggests to meditate, get rid of negative energy and get your positive energy back
This book was fascinating! As a therapist, I really appreciate the advice for shedding negative energy as well as protecting oneself from negative or dangerous energy in the first place. He opened the door to a whole new perspective on life experience.
Good Book, Very Informative I really enjoyed it. I don’t know if I would want to be able to see and talk to ghost, maybe on a trail bases, and see how it goes.
