Unabridged Audiobook
I really liked to know more about the hypnotherapy aspect. This is something that is still new to me but something I am open to trying after listening to this audiobook. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
As someone who's struggled with their weight all their life I am very grateful to have come across this audiobook. I really enjoyed how it discussed so many different parts about your relationship with food and exercise instead of just diving right into it. It allows you to sit and think about where some of your eating exercise patterns come from- was it a parent, an old friend? etc. I also enjoyed diving into food and emotion because as someone who used to be an emotional eater I've had to gain back control and this book helped things make more sense for me.
I love the way vulnerable I was, works perfectly down 16 lbs., you ought to attempt it.
