The Fractured Empire

Listen... I love this book. I am low-key obsessed with series (I read it last year). And re-reading via audio... It made me fall in love all over again. This narration was done so well and really brought the characters I adore to life. Once again, I was quickly and easily sucked into this world. The plot is so original, the characters so well developed. It's quick paced but not rushed, and the story never lulls. It kept me so intrigued that, even though I've already read it, I couldn't stop. I absolutely love Addie and Clark with my whole heart, and I can't wait to listen to book two!

I absolutely love Robin as an author, and was not disappointed by this new series! Addie and Clark’s banter and whole back and forth was amazing and I loved the differing points of view. The pace was quick and the storyline was exciting. A fantastic new creative and genre bending book!

I absolutely love this story! The narrators brought The Fractured Empire to life in such beautiful ways. They read at different paces, but it felt like it fit each POV. Graham chose a more laid-back approach that really fit Clark's demeanor, while Cris used a slightly faster pace that reflected Addie's need to take everything in and how much she needs to analyze everything after the explosion. Being able to return to this world through the audiobook was absolutely incredible and I cannot wait for The Tempest Sea to be released so I can keep listening!
