This is an attempt made by author to speak about gender fluidity, the story of three people falling in love with each other.
Kyler is a young man who went through “beauty” of foster system, lost his foster mom and found himself in an “action movie” with guns, mafia, complicated family past and many secrets. After hiding in different places for years he was found by two men from his past and he is not sure if that is a good thing…
Sawyer and Jackson were always together, growing up in foster home, united front against the world. But their world shifts when a boy named Ky appears in their life, now there are three of them caring for each other. Disastrous event separates boys, Sawyer and Jackson did everything they could from afar for Ky to be safe. Years passed by, they lost Kyler and both lived with a feeling that a part of them was lost together with Ky.
After reuniting Sawyer and Jackson do their best to show Kyler their acceptance and love and to keep vows to protect Ky by any means.
I enjoyed the story, however I was distracted constantly by the narrator. It was quite possibly the worst narration I’ve ever heard.
