I love a good spy and special forces thriller but this one was very unrealistic in the armed conflicts (one person against 10 well armed assailants) and he always comes out with barely a scratch. Also the personal fight scenes happened way too often and so detailed I had to skip forward to keep from nodding off. Needs to be more realistic for my taste—even Jack Reacher wouldn’t take on those odds.

Way too detailed about weapons, shallow and cliche portraits of people. Stereotypically ending up with church, family, heroic male and super supporting woman.

Enjoyed the story line. Some battles a little too over the top but doable. Enjoyed the narrator, very easy to listen to.

Decent plot, couple of things resolved to easily and quickly to advance the story.

A great way to spend your time. You kept guessing until the bitter end.

Kept me very entertained.

This was her other free book that I really enjoyed. I liked the way the storyline unfolded and I have yet again discovered a new author that I would neveroterwais.

Was a good story and enjoyed it.

Solid action thriller. It was the first book in a while that I could not stop listening to. It took me through so many emotions. 10/10 would recommend.
