It takes a little time to get used to the narrator at first but hang with it. This is a great story about life in Egypt during the plaques and the struggles for freedom for God’s chosen people. Can’t wait to continue this series!

This has easily become my all time favorite book! The story of the Exodus from Egypt comes to life like never before!

I enjoyed the book very much - but the narration left much to be desired. It was hard to enjoy it as much as some of the other books I have listened too due to the poor narration. It was more like it was being read then spoken by the characters. It was clear enunciation, but just not with much inflection.
