I found the Circadian Code a highly valuable means in improving my health and well-being. This book could very-well be this most important book regarding one’s health.
I was far from impressed with the narrator. He sounded creepy throughout the book. Especially at the end of countless sentences. He put it on thick at the vary last page. He obviously does this intentionally. That’s why I needed to mention this.
Very informative. Easy to understand.
