I received this book yesterday and read the whole thing in about 4 or 5 hours. I just bought all of Chris Powell's books, so I am excited to read the others. I have been following what "guidelines" I could get from his show, but they don't really explain things on the show like they do in this book. I really needed this to motivate myself to elevate my journey to the next step. I'm really happy with how well he wrote this!
