I was already familiar with some of them but was delighted to learn some new tips. Besides memory improvement, other aspects are also covered, such as developing a better mindset and habit, which is nice.

This was a great read! Lots of techniques and tools explained by the author to better your mind to the next level. I love the interactive examples in this book because it makes it more of a personal experience to the reader.
