Summary
Brianna Concannon is the kind of innkeeper who doesn’t mind the harsh winters of Ireland—and the empty bed-and-breakfast that comes with them. But this year, a famous American author needs a quiet place to stay while writing his next book.A charmer whose easy smiles mask a guarded past, Grayson Thane plans to spend the cold winter alone. But his lovely landlady adds a complication he never expected. She’s exactly what he’s looking for in his heroine. And soon Grayson and Brianna will learn that sometimes fate has a plan of its own. Sometimes, fire can be born in ice…“The pace of the book is smooth and even, and the writing captures the charisma and earthy charm of Ireland and the gentleness of its people.” —Publishers Weekly“This book kept me interested right through to the end. Read this on a rainy night—you’ll be right in the thick of it.” —The Romance Reader

Very enjoyable, a lot like true life relationships.

I love Nora Roberts books. They are fun and light hearted (the older series anyway). I had a bit of a hard time with some of the character voices of the narrator. Didn't quite fit my mental image and voice for them. Overall though definitely kept me entertained for a long drive.

another wonderful book from Nora Roberts. I especially enjoyed the narration. This gentleman does an entire village worth of characters. I've listed to and have read this trilogy several times, and always find something new to enjoy.

Wonderful book. Made my long commute fly by. Found myself driving slower so I could listen to more of the story.

I fell in love with the characters in this book and thought they were much more relatable then the first. I thought the narrator did a better job then in he Born In Fire, and the story line was better as well.

Makes me wish I was in ireland, another great one in the series. I really could have cried when he left, and cry again when he came back. A "page turner" that you did not want to end.

I must admit I enjoy reading good romances and this is the absolute best one I've ever read. And if you happen to have a bit of Irish in you, well this book will delight your senses and keep you laughing. The narration is excellent. I highly recommend this terrific book, I couldn't stop reading it while at the same time I desperately didn't want it to end.
