By far the best DBT book I've done so far. The workbook is written well, helps become more aware of triggering situations and helps you remember what you've learnt in each chapter as you need to fill that out before you move on. It has helped me! I would reccomend.

It is a work book so there are plenty of practical exercises, which are really useful. Everything is explained really clearly and empathically. There is also a really helpful summary and 'what did you learn' at the end of each chapter.
