Unabridged Audiobook
Maybe the narrator’s pitch was less varied, but the accents and story line was absorbing. And more than one finale did the storyline well.
It had good moments and a good plot, but some of the dialogues and (for me kind of awkward) b-movie-ness, world building bumps and overly trash anime moments hampered my enjoyment of this book in places. I also feel like I have heard narrators who were better at glossing over wonky dialogues than this one by talking faster or something... Still quite the bang for the bucks but if I rate this higher, my ratings will be meaningless.
