What a fabulous book! I know how to write out my goals and put together an action plan, but this book brings everything into focus for me. I’m about to start my week one and can’t wait to see where it takes me in a year from now. I wish I could buy one for my whole team!

My daughter is really goal oriented so I got this journal for her so she could see how her goals will help and change and grow in a year. She loves it so far! It'll be interesting to see where she is a year from now!
Bought this for my friend’s birthday as gift. She was happy to have a guided book to start her next year around the sun! It’s very cute, has a lot of prompts and can be used outside of the monthly calendar which I really like
I love this book and the guided prompts, especially in the beginning when forming your goals. What I would critique though is that I need more lines to write on the weekly pages! Almost every time I run out of space to write everything I am prompted to
I am SO excited about this book. I’ve only begun the first part, and already I see it’s going to be a helpful tool in getting myself on track. This is, hands down, the best approach I’ve ever seen to accomplishing one’s goals. If you have dreams and visions for your life yet to be fulfilled, I HIGHLY recommend this gem!
Nicely laid out. Questions that will make you truly think at your core and help establish a base to jump into your next years journey. More than a journal. It’s a thought provoking, goal setting, power statement making, value seeking guide.
I like the prompts it gives you and makes me feel hopeful. However, there’s really barely an space to write in it that they give you. I find myself using a different journal so I can write more but still using the prompts, which is kind of annoying I can’t just use the journal I bought
I’ve been using this journal to keep sight of my weight loss goals; I like that it is a weekly check-in. I can usually find the time to write once a week. For me, it helps to reflect on the past week and realize that despite slow progress, I’m still losing weight each week. I also like that it provides prompts to guide your thinking about goals
Finally I've completed this book. It's simple to use and is a great support if your serious about achieving your goals. Most of the work is mental and a change in mind set. It was quite shocking that my achievements came, completely different to how I had imagined
