I really enjoyed listening to this book right from the start. The narrator did a great job. I’m so glad to find that this was the 1st book in the 9 book series. I can’t wait to start #2. I love detective stories and this is one of the best.

This was one of the best audiobooks I have listened to. It was read in a clear relaxing way but still hard to put down. I’m hoping to hear more of these characters super imposed on an beautiful part of English country. The story line was something different from the usual detective novel leaving no flat spots or repetition. It’s great to get a yarn that is so entertaining.

Very good narrator!! This series has caught my attention here. Will have to come back to it. If this is ever made into a tv series I could se Hugh Laurie as DC Smith.
