I enjoyed this book, but the ending was a bit vague. Perhaps I don't like ambiguous endings but this one just stopped like the final chapter(s) accidentally got omitted Even so, the stories and characters were very colorful and looked forward to each character's story . I wished the author could have tied up the story threads a bit more, but I loved how she took a very diverse group of random visitors to a government office and showed how they were more alike than different. It also showed that people are frequently different than they may appear outwardly.
