This book makes sense of the word God how I believe it was intended in the first place before the egoistic, greedy, power hungry paternity got hold of the Bible and made it into a fear based thing. Fantastic book it is a perfect mesh of spiritual belief, self help, meditation, affirmations and I find elements that I would even consider hypnosis... I feel that this book has the right combination of information to penetrate the mind easily and really help people to let go of our programmed beliefs, to become grounded and balanced in our energy, and to raise our frequency. You may need to go back and listen to it a few times I suggest 3,5 or 7 times to set it into the memory well and to write the exercises down and practice them daily or to get a paper copy as well. This is a great book to play as you sleep too because your mind will continue to absorb it even in your sleep. This book is wonderful for the most spiritually advanced or the beginner - it’s meant for everyone and I guarantee there’s something for all to learn through it. Enjoy the new vibes that you will feel and remember to keep riding that wave of love.
